Abstract
‘The overarching goal of the national workshop was to mobilise stakeholders at all levels of education in preparation for full‐scale implementation of IE from 2014. The workshop aimed to give concrete and resolute expression to the Minister’s December 2012 declaration on IE, as articulated in Education White Paper 6: Special Education − Building an Inclusive Education and Training System (Department of Education July 2001).’ [p. 5]
