Abstract
In December 2015, cabinet ratified the National Integrated Policy for Early Childhood Development (ECD). The policy represents a political commitment by the GRSA to make ECD services of quality for young children universally available. In keeping with the National Development Plan 2030: Our Future-make it work, it will enable the provision of access for all infants, young children and their caregivers to a universally available comprehensive age and developmental stage appropriate package of quality essential early childhood development services by 2030.
